A giant 3ft latex balloon - either "I Love You" (shown) or "Happy Valentines Day" floats over a plush bear holding a large box of mixed chocolates.  Candy substitutions can be made - just comment in the notes or give us a call.  This wil be a giant surprise that will be remembered for a long time.
